DLL is adding more classes to their hugely popular Clubbercise programme after a successful launch across four sites.
Denbigshire Leisure launched Clubbercise in January and it’s been so successful they’ve set up waiting lists for those unable to get into the classes.
With the famous strapline ‘Bringing a nightout to your workout’, Clubbercise is the perfect mix of fun and fitness.
The full-body workout combines dance, toning and combat moves set to a soundtrack of club anthems from the 90s to the latest hits, and is held in a darkened room with disco lights and Clubbercise glowsticks.
The routines all have high and low impact options to suit all fitness levels and abilities.
