The course consists of online learning, at home, where you can work at your own pace. The course will cover the following areas;

- Health Benefits of Physical Activity
- Effects of Exercise on the Body
- Resistance Training
- Warm Up and Cool Down
- Principles and Variables of Fitness in an Exercise Programme
- Monitoring Exercise Intensity
- Importance of Healthy Eating
You will gain the following unit upon completion: Level 2 Principles of Exercise, Fitness and Health
