Social Media and Email Campaign Executive 

  • Part-time (24 hours per week)
  • Fixed term contract until March 2025
  • £25,020 - £33,030 pro rata
  • Home-based, with some travel required for meetings and events

 

As a social media and email campaign executive at EMD UK, your primary mission is to elevate our brand's online presence, drive engagement, and ultimately conversions through strategic and creative use of social media platforms and email campaigns.

In this role, you'll craft compelling, platform-specific content for channels like Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn, aimed at enhancing brand awareness and fostering meaningful interactions with our audience.

Collaborating closely with the marketing manager, you'll play a crucial role in planning and executing social media campaigns that resonate with our community, while also leveraging insights from data analytics to optimize content and advertising strategies for maximum impact.

You will be the bridge between EMD UK and its online communities, working diligently to curate content from across the business that supports our brand's goals, and ensuring our social media efforts contribute significantly to our overall conversion strategy.

Through innovative social media initiatives and effective collaboration, you'll help us build a dynamic and engaging online presence that reflects the values and objectives of EMD UK.

As a Digital Executive at EMD UK, your primary purpose is to enhance our digital presence, driving traffic to our website and ensuring our content resonates with our audience.

Specialising in website and blog content management with a keen focus on Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), you will be pivotal in increasing our online visibility and engagement. You'll own the development and execution of email marketing campaigns.

Through your expertise, EMD UK's digital channels will foster community engagement and support our mission to lead in our sector. Your role will be instrumental in analysing digital trends and audience insights to refine our content strategy, ensuring EMD UK stays ahead in a competitive digital landscape.

Membership Engagement and Compliance Officer 

  • Permanent, full time (40-hours a week) or permanent part-time (hours TBC)
  • £25,020 - £33,030 pro rata
  • Home-based, with some travel required for meetings and events

As a Membership Engagement and Compliance Officer at EMD UK, your primary purpose is to cultivate a strong, engaging relationship with our community of group exercise instructors and members, ensuring they feel valued and connected to our organisation.

Your role is pivotal in developing and implementing comprehensive content strategies across various channels, including member newsletters, renewal communications, and re-engagement campaigns, to maintain and enhance membership satisfaction and loyalty.

Additionally, you will support efforts in ensuring compliance with professional standards and continuous professional development (CPD) requirements, working in close collaboration with the Compliance and Support Manager.

Through effective moderation and management of member groups and online communities, you will foster a supportive and vibrant environment that encourages active participation and a sense of belonging among members. By owning the content for onboarding journeys, member newsletters, renewal processes, and upselling initiatives, you will directly contribute to the growth and sustainability of the membership base.

Your role is essential in highlighting new offers and ensuring that members are fully aware of the benefits and opportunities available to them, ultimately driving EMD UK’s mission forward through an engaged membership community.
