The session will focus on enhancing teaching delivery by exploring language, psychology, and coaching techniques. It aims to empower trainers to embrace their authentic selves, move beyond clichés, and delve deeper into their programming. By creating a journey that harmonizes with the music and understanding the underlying ‘why’ behind their programming, trainers will not only help participants achieve their goals but also educate them on the path to success.

Join Helen as she demonstrated the versatility of Pilates with easily available equipment.
Pole-lates uses Pilates with a broomstick or similar to maximise flexibility. This cheap piece of equipment makes it a great addition to community settings without a huge price tag.
Helen also demonstrates a session with Pilates blocks and how these can be used to enhance the Pilates experience.
And lastly, Helen teaches Pilates with a chair. Don’t be fooled, this is not a chair-based session, but it’s a great example of how you can use existing equipment in community settings (e.g., village halls) to create exciting and interesting Pilates experiences.
