With 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Karen Joanne has taught a range of classes and studied Intrinsic Biomechanics and Structural Bodywork. Her deep understanding of mobility and functional movement resulted in Karen Joanne developing three unique class concepts through her training company, Movement Improvement – Mmmove, Flow Movement Meditation and Move Laugh Breathe.
