Who are Boxercise®?

Boxercise® is an exercise concept based on the training methods used by boxers.

Sessions typically involve hitting focus pads but no class involves hitting an opponent. It is a fun, challenging and safe workout which is great for stress busting, accessible to all ages and fitness levels.

As specialists in this field we run courses to train and support fitness professionals and sports coaches to adapt the age-old art of boxing to deliver a safe, fun and inclusive form of exercise and pad work coaching. Since 1992 we have trained over 30,000 professionals in 56 countries.

Boxercise® is a registered trademark and world recognised brand name.

Why choose Boxercise®?

The Boxercise® instructor course is designed to meet the needs of fitness professionals and sports coaches who would like to gain a foundation in the fundamental techniques of boxing training so they can take a Boxercise® session/class safely – (no full contact sparring) . The focus is on gaining punching and pad work skills to be used safely within a fitness/coaching environment.

Learning formats available: face to face, Zoom and online e-distance learning course.

Remember, thousands of instructors can’t be wrong!

The Boxercise® instructor course is designed to meet the needs of instructors who would like to gain a foundation in the fundamental techniques of boxing for fitness and coaching. These skills can then be used to teach classes or with 1-to-1 clients.

The aim of the Boxercise® instructor course is not to turn instructors into competition standard boxers, but ensure they leave the course able to competently coach the basics of Boxercise® to a participant, allowing them to work out safely whilst having fun and gaining a skill.

On completion of the course attendees will be able to take a Boxercise® style class (virtually or face to face), or use the skills learnt for personal training clients.
