  1. Create Festive-Themed Workouts

This will not only keep your clients engaged in a fun way but also build a sense of community.

  1. Run Promotions & Giveaways

Another great way to keep your clients engaged during the festive season is to run promotions and giveaways. Offer discounts on memberships or class packages and introduce referral programs. Consider offering a complimentary class to clients who bring in a new referral or run social media giveaways, such as ‘12 days of fitness,’ where you give away prizes each day for 12 days leading up to Christmas. By running fun promotional activities, you appeal to your clients and keep their interest piqued.

  1. Create mini Christmas challenges

Hosting a fitness challenge is an exciting way to keep your clients engaged during the festive season. Creating unique challenges such as ‘ The 12 days of HIITmas and focusing on the individual achievements will keep your participants engaged throughout the festive period. Hosting a fitness challenge can showcase your creativity, prove your commitment and provide your clients with a fitness experience that will keep their momentum going throughout.

  1. Host Themed Events

Hosting  events throughout the festive season is also a great way of nurturing your clients and developing a sense of community. Consider hosting events like a Christmas party. This is a brilliant way of bringing everyone together outside of classes and will strengthen the community feel with everyone. It’s a chance to celebrate client’ achievements and grow friendships which will then help with client retention going forwards. It can be as small as a coffee together or as big as a night on the town!

  1. Show Your Appreciation

The festive season is a time of giving and showing appreciation. You can express your gratitude to your clients by sending them personalised cards or text messages wishing them a Merry Christmas. You can also offer a small gift to your clients, such as a branded water bottle or customised workout towel, as a token of appreciation. Sending personalised messages or little gifts shows that you care and appreciate their support, making them feel valued.
