Who are FLexercise?
Our mission is to promote health and wellbeing through the FLexercise system. The system was pioneered in 1930 by Mary Bagot Stack. Her aim was to energise and strengthen the whole body through correct posture, body alignment and core control. Still going strong and ever improving, our unique classes are part exercise, part dance but all fun. We offer a complete approach to fitness and flexibility for all ages and abilities, one which will leave our participants looking good and feeling great.
