Be Lifted

Be Lifted is a grass roots community led organisation with a vision to uplift women through the power of positive music, fitness and community led interaction projects. Based in North West London, they inspire girls and women to embrace fitness. They work with Black and ethnic minority communities, domestic violence survivors, women living in poverty and women ex-offenders.

Dancing For Health

Dancing for Health is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company delivering inclusive dance therapy programmes for vulnerable people, including older adults, disabled individuals, and those with long-term or mental health conditions. Offered in community and healthcare settings, sessions support wellbeing, fitness, and co-ordination, and can be done seated or standing, making dance accessible to all.

Khalsa Football Academy (KFA), is an organisation which supports young people and children and adults with special needs through bespoke sports initiatives that challenge stereotypes, racism, and provide programmes of healthy living & lifestyles. We facilitate individual and group sessions on a weekly basis for fun, enjoyable interactive sports based exercise sessions.

Para Dance UK aims to develop and promote dance as an inclusive leisure activity across the country for those who would otherwise be excluded. We believe anyone can dance and develop dancers and instructors from all backgrounds and abilities across the UK through our inclusive dance sessions and training programmes.

Synergy Dance

Synergy Dance® delivers a new style of dance fitness routine and approach within schools, home education, leisure centres, charities and the community.
