Fiona trained at The BRIT School and London Studio Centre and worked as a professional dancer before setting up her own dance fitness company, Just Dance UK, with her best friend Dominique Monty. Fiona absolutely loves being in the fitness world and when she’s not dancing, can be found in the mountains either cycling or snowboarding.
“I’m Emma. I’m a 40 something plus-size fitness professional dedicated to bringing fitness to everyone. I actively promote a “Healthy at Every Size” approach in all of my classes, whether it be Zumba®, Konga®, Spin®, kettlebells, aqua or body conditioning.
I have been a fitpro for just over 6 years now, and decided to #StandAtTheFront after years of trying to find a class that I was comfortable in. The greatest pleasure I get from my classes is seeing participants laughing and smiling, being amazed to discover what their bodies are capable of and growing in confidence as the weeks pass.”
With 20 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Karen Joanne has taught a range of classes and studied Intrinsic Biomechanics and Structural Bodywork. Her deep understanding of mobility and functional movement resulted in Karen Joanne developing three unique class concepts through her training company, Movement Improvement – Mmmove, Flow Movement Meditation and Move Laugh Breathe.

“My love of fitness has always played a big part in my life and made me feel amazingly empowered. I am therefore honoured to be able to deliver dance based group exercise to children, mums, seniors and stroke rehabilitation clients. My qualifications range from Zumba, Zumba Gold, Zumba kids to ante- and post-natal, and group cycle. More recently I am studying towards becoming a Personal Trainer. Zoe McNulty is one of the UK’s leading dance fitness presenters, group exercise experts and body confidence activist. She specialises in helping women feel good about their figures through fun and feisty dance concepts namely under the umbrella of School of Strut® which houses classes such as Strutology®, Raunch®, SexyStreet™, SweatSexy™, Burlesque Balls™ and more.
Sam is a qualified Level 3 Gym Instructor and an experienced group exercise trainer and presenter. Sam works with a variety of clients, offering GP referral, rehabilitation programmes, youth and inclusive projects; she covers Zumba, Clubbercise, Boxercise and personal training. She also works with organisations in training instructors to deliver sessions for disabled clientèle. Recently, Sam worked with SOSA Dance Fitness on their seated SOSA programme which launched in 2016.
Based in Horsham, West Sussex, Gemma is our local ambassador. She supports us with local events and programmes and gets the local community moving by teaching Spinning, Fitsteps and Aqua classes at gyms, health clubs and community halls.
Karen, is one of of the UKs leading fitness professionals and has been within the fitness industry now for 16 years teaching a variety of exercise classes and personal training sessions within private health clubs and the local community.
Mel, also know as, The Health Carpenter – has over 25 years teaching experience in the dance, fitness and martial arts industries. She runs a successful dance and fitness business in the East Midlands and also coaches/mentors other dance & fitness Instructors, both online and Face-to-Face. Mel loves to convey her passion for health, fitness, dance and well being through blogging, vlogging and presenting at national events.
