Join our team as a This Girl Can Classes Project Support Officer and help empower women to be active and healthy.

As a key member of our project team, you will play a vital role in monitoring and evaluating the success of the project, as well as encouraging women of all ages, abilities, and backgrounds to get active.

As a Project Support Officer, you will be responsible for the general administration of projects, customer support and monitoring. You’ll liaise directly with group exercise instructors and participants to ensure more women have access to exercise. You’ll assist in relationship building with potential partners and industry stakeholders, and support the development of new and existing products and services.

In this role, you will have the chance to make a real difference in the lives of women by helping them to discover the benefits of physical activity and how it can improve their well-being. You will also have the chance to work with a team who are dedicated to making a positive change in the community.

Candidate profile at a glance

  • Educated to Level 2 (5 GCSEs or equivalent)
  • Experience of working in a target-driven environment
  • Experience of working in an administration role
  • Understanding of effective project management processes

Key information

You’ll report to: Project Manager

You’ll work at:Home based or at EMD UK Head Office, Horsham, West Sussex. (Please note: There will be a requirement to travel to Horsham as needed.)

Your contractual status: Fixed term until March 2024 – 32-40 hours per week

Your salary: £18,700 – £27,500 pa pro rata
