Move Into Wellbeing® is a registered Charity that offers enjoyable, effective, welcoming chair-based dance exercises for adults living with Parkinson’s and other mobility restrictions. Specially trained teachers provide classes with an emphasis on different muscle groups, strength, rhythm, coordination, balance, flexibility, interaction, dexterity, and the use of the voice.
