Shortlisting
We review applications solely against the role criteria, with all applications redacted to support our promise of inclusive recruitment. and will keep you informed of the outcome. Shortlisting is completed anonymously, using a standardised scoring system to provide the right candidates with the relevant skills.
Interview
Interviews at EMD UK are an opportunity to find out who you are and how you work, and for you to understand whether we are the right fit. We’ll give you the opportunity to share your experience and ask questions about the role and team. All candidates are asked the same questions in the same order at the interview stage, and answers are scored using a standardised scoring system.
Decisions
Role offer decisions are made based on the finalised scores from the interview and are discussed with a panel of at least three members of our team, the board, or relevant industry expert partners. Unsuccessful candidates are informed by telephone in the first instance or by email if we are unable to reach them and given the opportunity to receive feedback.
