Teacher Training Opportunities

Keep Fit Association Teacher Training provides a unique opportunity to develop creativity using movement ideas from Laban’s Analysis of Movement to improve fitness. Laban’s Analysis provides a stimulus to choreography, a focus for coaching, and a link with the physical objectives to produce purposeful movement that promotes both physical and mental well-being.
