  • Where required, you hold the appropriate licence, professional membership, or permissions necessary to deliver the activities you teach.
  • If you are purchasing Pro Enhanced Membership and are self-employed, the included Public Liability Insurance applies only to sole traders. This cover does not extend to limited companies or incorporated businesses.
  • You are committed to on-going training and continuous professional development
  • You adhere to relevant industry regulations on the use of music in public places (e.g. PPL & PRS)*
  • Where appropriate, you hold relevant professional insurance and maintain appropriate risk assessments for your activities.

  • You are a UK resident
  • A 14-day cooling-off period applies following the purchase of Pro Enhanced Membership. During this period, a full refund may be issued if membership benefits have not been used. After the 14-day period, membership fees are strictly non-refundable.
  • Pro membership benefits may be activated once membership details have been reviewed and a membership certificate has been issued.
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any membership account if we believe the account is being misused, these terms are breached, or for any other reasonable reason at our discretion.
  • Pro Enhanced Membership is valid for the subscription period selected at the time of purchase. If membership is not renewed at the end of the subscription period, the account will automatically revert to the Free Membership tier and Pro features, including insurance benefits, will cease.
  • The student membership is for individuals who are currently training to become qualified instructors within an EMD UK recognised discipline (i.e., Level 2 Exercise to Music, Level 3 Mat work Pilates).
