EMD UK Membership Platform: A Guide for Members

Once you have logged in to the EMD UK membership platform, you can find your membership number easily by clicking on the “View Profile” button underneath your name and email address. After that, simply look at the “Information” section underneath the “Your Profile” box, and at the bottom will be your EMD UK membership type and your membership number.

If you want to update any of your personal details, you can do so by clicking on the arrow in the bottom right of your membership card under “Your Profile” on the dashboard. Simply work your way through the form and update any details you need to change. Please note that you cannot manually update your name, date of birth, or your gender assigned at birth.

If you would like to update any of those details, navigate back to the main dashboard by clicking “Home” on the left hand side of your screen. Click the “View Profile” button and choose “Change of Details Request” from the left menu.

If you are an EMD UK Pro or Pro Enhanced member, you will receive a certificate of professional recognition as long as you meet the qualifying criteria. To find this certificate on the EMD UK membership platform, simply click the “View Profile” button underneath your name and email address and navigate to the “EMD UK Membership” section using the left hand menu. Click on the three dots at the end of your EMD UK membership details and select “Pro Certificate Download” to download your certificate of professional recognition.

If you are an EMD UK Pro Enhanced member, you will receive an insurance certificate to reflect your insurance coverage through EMD UK. To find this certificate on the EMD UK membership platform, simply click the “View Profile” button underneath your name and email address and navigate to the “EMD UK Membership” section using the left hand menu. Click on the three dots at the end of your EMD UK membership details. Depending on your membership type, you will see one of the following options:

• Pro-Enhanced Group Exercise Insurance Certification Download
• Pro-Enhanced PT & Specialist Insurance Certification Download
• Pro-Enhanced Associate Insurance Certification Download
• Pro-Enhanced Student Insurance Certification Download

Simply click on the option visible to you and your certificate will download.

If you would like to add additional qualifications to your profile or remove any qualifications that are expired, simply click the “View Profile” button underneath your name and email address. Use the left hand menu to navigate to the “Qualifications & Certificates” section of your profile and use the button at the top of that page to add any qualifications or certificates you would like to have on your account.

If you would like to delete any qualifications or certificates that are currently on your account, simply click the three black dots next to the qualification you’d like to remove and click delete in the drop down menu.

Once logged into the EMD UK membership platform, you will see a series of pink toned images at the bottom of your dashboard. One of the options in the carousel is the EMD UK Resource Hub. Simply click on the button on the image and you will be taken to the login screen for the Instructor Resource Hub. Log in using the details you received when you set up your account on the Resource Hub, or click the forgot password button to receive a reset email.

Once logged in to the resource hub, you’ll receive access to a range of video and written resources.

If you’re a Community Member, your access will be limited to our Core Reach Up resources, Par-Q forms, health and safety guidance and safeguarding support.

If you are a Pro or Pro Enhanced member, you can access over 60 hours of video and written resources including: class content inspiration videos – ranging from dance fitness to yoga and more – on demand copies of all our webinars, instructor wellness support; business, finance and marketing guidance; and our Reach Up Pro resources.

As well as all that, you’ll receive access to our brand new courses: Safeguarding Adults in Group Exercise, created in partnership with the Ann Craft Trust and UK Coaching; The Fitness Finance Blueprint, which gives you everything you need to be ready for Making Tax Digital; and Building Opportunities Beyond Classes & PT with Rachel Holmes.

The EMD UK digital membership card is a new addition to our membership platform, thanks to our partnership with Sport:80. It is a digital representation of your membership including your membership number, your current membership status and your name.

You will be able to add this digital card to your Apple or Google Wallet to keep it accessible at all times and can use it to share your membership status with education and training providers and gyms who ask for it.

You can access your membership card by logging into the EMD UK membership platform on your mobile device, clicking “View My Profile” and clicking on the “EMD UK Membership” section on the left hand side of your profile page. From there, click the three dots at the end of your active membership and if you have a digital membership card, options will appear to add it to your digital wallet.

If you choose to join the EMD UK Pro or Pro Enhanced membership, you will receive access to discounted PPL credits. PPL credits allow you to purchase licences which give you permission, on behalf of the recording rightsholders PPL represents, to use commercially-released recordings in the UK.

EMD UK currently offers Pro and Pro Enhanced members a 7.5% discount on PPL credits. To purchase these credits, you will need to log into the EMD UK membership platform, click “View my Profile” and navigate to the “Buy PPL credits” option in your account on the left hand side menu. From there, follow the process to purchase your PPL credits.

To access the EMD UK membership platform and log in to your membership account, you will need to click the log in button at the top of the EMD UK webpage. You can access the membership platform on any device, mobile or desktop.

The log in button will take you to the membership platform and you will need to use your email address connected to your EMD UK membership and the password you set when signing up to your membership to log in. If you have forgotten your password, simply click the “Forgot Password?” link below the log in fields and you’ll receive an email to reset your password.

If you are not currently a member, the ‘Join Now’ button will allow you to choose an EMD UK membership tier and set up an account in the platform.

If you are an EMD UK Pro or Pro Enhanced member, your membership will be active for a year after your date of purchase and will then need to be renewed at the end of that year period. For example, if you bought your EMD UK Pro membership on 21/10/2026, your EMD UK membership renewal date would be 21/10/2027.

You can easily renew your EMD UK membership in the  membership platform, either in advance of your renewal date or on your renewal date. If you would like to check when your renewal date is, log into the EMD UK membership platform and, underneath the “Your Profile” title on your dashboard, you will be able to see your valid from date and expiry date.

When your membership comes up for renewal, you will need to log into your account and click the black arrow in the bottom right of your membership card. Work your way through the form that appears, updating any details you may need to change and uploading any certificates or qualifications you need to validate your membership. Remember, EMD UK Pro membership is only applicable to those who hold a valid Level 2 qualification (or Level 3 Yoga or Pilates). You can find out more about what certificates qualify you for Pro Membership here. At the end of the form, you will need to enter your payment details and check out.

If you would like to sign up for auto renewals, making the renewal process much easier for the following year, you can do so by clicking “View Profile” on your dashboard and navigating to the “EMD UK Membership” section of your profile. Click the three black dots at the end of your membership and choose “Start Auto Renewal” from the dropdown list.
