DDMIX

DDMIX stands for Diverse Dance Mix, it’s a full body workout based on a ‘flavour’ of different dance styles. With music and choreography exclusively created by Darcey Bussell and Nathan Clarke, you get to enjoy many different styles, eras, genres and national dances from around the world in every class.

FLexercise

FLexercise classes are designed to improve posture and well-being through central control (core-stability) and rhythmic exercise to music, releasing the body’s potential for good health by helping eliminate the stresses and strains of the day.

Globe Fit

Globe Fit fuses together fitness and culture with traditional and modern dance styles from all seven continents of the globe to bring you a unique and fun format of fitness classes suited to every age and ability.

Jagua

JAGUA, by The Jungle Body, is a body sculpting & conditioning class with ballet & dance elements choreographed to hip hop, pop, afro & old school music

Konga

KONGA, by The Jungle Body, is a mash-up of Boxing, Kickboxing, Cardio, Afro, Pop, Rock, Pilates, Disco and everything in between. This high intensity workout really has everything.

Medau Movement

Working with a variety of music and rhythms, Medau Movement encourages the body to move with energy, strength, stamina, suppleness and co-ordination. Focussing on correct posture and body alignment, Medau Movement has a natural, flowing quality, whilst at the same time being dynamic, lifting the spirits and increasing confidence.
