Boogie Bounce

Boogie Bounce is the ultimate low impact, high intensity workout that delivers a seriously effective workout designed to strip fat and build lean muscle. Using the mini trampoline with Patented T-Bar Handle, it’s a fun, fully inclusive concept suitable for all ages, shapes, and sizes – including children and those who require low impact to joints while exercising.

Adore Your Pelvic Floor

As fitness professionals, posture, breath and movement are incorporated in everything we teach on a daily basis. The Pelvic Floor Awareness Workshop is a comprehensive face to face training day which combines theory with plenty of practical, interactive, ‘hands on’ teaching.  Our delegates leave the day with a huge amount of knowledge and heaps of inspiration to use in classes. As fitness professionals we are in the prime position to best use our skills and knowledge to help our clients in this often neglected area of health and well-being.

Parent & Baby Aqua Fit (PABA)

The world’s first aqua aerobic workout for parents with their babies. This 30 minute aqua-based workout program is designed to improve parents’ fitness, and to introduce babies to the water. The program is comprised of a series of moderately paced, low impact and fat-burning aqua aerobic exercises for the parents that integrate with elements of the Aqua babies swimming program.

FunkFit

FunkFit is a new dance fitness class, where groovin’ and dancing to uplifting Funk, Soul, Disco and Motown tunes will get you fit! The class is suitable for all ages and abilities and there are no choreographies to learn. Groove to timeless classics and party to fresh new sounds. You just have to follow the teacher (Funkmaster)! Songs you grew up with or used to go clubbing to, will have you groovin’, sweating, singing along and having a great time.

Street Defence

Street Defence is a dynamic group exercise concept including cutting edge life saving self defence techniques along with a functional workout. All classes take place in a non-intimidating atmosphere and all techniques are quick and easy to learn so no previous martial arts or self defence knowledge is required. If you want to learn a life skill whilst getting fit, then Street Defence is the class for you.

Bad Apples

Bad Apples NE cic deliver music, circus, dance and art projects and diversionary activities both in the community and at our Academy based in Blyth, Northumberland. We deliver a range of fitness and dance classes from Zumba, belly dancing, adult street and Break Dancing to a wide range of children’s classes including gymnastics and hip hop tots. We compete and have achieved success at both British and World Championship levels. We are available for school and community sessions from full courses or one off workshops.         

On Broadway® Dance Fitness

Every woman deserves to feel confident, have ‘me time’ & enjoy fitness! Participants perform choreography to Broadway shows soundtracks. Our classes offer safe, non-judgemental classes for women of all ages, shapes, and sizes. FitBop

FitBop is such a fun way to improve fitness levels for all individuals and our simplified choreography ensures accessibility for everyone, even those that consider themselves uncoordinated, or just ‘not a great dancer’. At FitBop we ‘focus on fun’, we don’t aim to be cool, cutting edge or overly pushy. We’re ‘a night out with your mates, or a school or wedding disco, with all your old favourite pop and dance tunes, plus a few current chart toppers!

Groove Aerobics

Groove Aerobics is the ultimate dance fitness class. Combining fun routines with a challenging workout for all levels of both dance and fitness abilities. There are three stages of the class: cardio, conditioning and choreography. These three c’s and the fusion of great music selection aims to deliver an amazing atmosphere whilst toning and burning up to 700 calories in one session.
